Our Lord, Our God and our Savior,
Help us to be Your instruments of Your peace and love,
Where there is hatred, let us all bring to one another and on this world Your divine love
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is division, unity;
where there is oppression, freedom;
where there is sadness, joy;
O Divine Master, grant that we may never seek
So much to be consoled as to console;
To be understood as to understand;
To be loved as to love;
Because it is in giving our lives to You that we receive Eternal Life and salvation,
in pardoning all our brothers and sisters that we are also pardoned.
Lord, help us to be Your instruments of Your peace and love,
to do your Most Holy Will here on our temporary home on earth. Amen.
